Day 1: Arrival in Paro

  • Arrive at Paro International Airport.
  • Transfer to your hotel and check-in.
  • Visit Ta Dzong, the National Museum of Bhutan, which offers insights into Bhutanese culture and history.
  • Explore Paro town and its charming streets.
  • Overnight stay in Paro.

Day 2: Paro – Thimphu

  • After breakfast, hike to the iconic Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), one of Bhutan’s most famous landmarks.
  • Descend back to Paro and have lunch.
  • Drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan.
  • Visit the Buddha Dordenma statue, one of the largest Buddha statues in the world.

Day 3: Thimphu Sightseeing

  • Visit the Tashichho Dzong, the main secretariat building, and the King’s Throne Room.

Day 4: Thimphu – Punakha

Day 5: Punakha – Gangtey

  • Visit Gangtey Monastery, one of the oldest and largest Nyingma monasteries in Bhutan.

Day 6: Gangtey – Paro

Day 7: Departure from Paro
